A*Med Home Health
Caring, Comfort, Compassion...for all your home health care needs.
Philosophy, Mission, and Vision
A*Med Home Health's philosophy
is founded on the principle that
home health care is an essential component
in the delivery of health care. The agency
is committed to providing the highest
quality services to its clients. It is A*Med's
belief that by utilizing and collaborating its
resources in the continuum of care, quality
and excellence are achieved.
A*Med's mission is to provide
excellent care and achieve positive outcomes
for its clients through comprehensive,
cost effective, and quality services.
Enhancing the health and well being of
its clients promotes wellness. Utilization
of available resources, consumer surveys,
staff involvement, state and federal
regulations, recognition of community
and industry needs, technology, education,
self evaluation, leadership, and financial
stability will promote this mission.
A*Med's Board of Directors,
in 2002, developed a vision statement
to confirm its belief that Home Care
is an essential part of the health care
delivery system. Our agency's focus is to
improve the quality of care available to the
communities we serve.
We Set the Standard
A*Med Home Health has set the
standard for excellence among home health
care providers in the areas in which we are
privileged to serve.
The company firmly adheres to all
local, state, and federal requirements and
patient admission standards. We have an
unwavering commitment to enhancing the
independence of our patients and strive to
become partners with them as they progress
through their recovery. We are equally
committed to their families and loved ones
and support them with appropriate and
ongoing caregiver education.

- the absences from home are primarily attributable to the need to receive medical treatment.
- Patient must require the intermittent services of a skilled nurse and/or a physical therapist.

Private Pay Services
Our goal is to help you maintain your highest level of independence through our in-home services. These services are available 4-24 hours daily.
During your initial visit our coordinator will perform an assessment of your environment, lifestyle, and health status to create an individualized plan
to meet your needs. We work together with you, your family, and anyone else you designate to assist in meeting your needs.
Caregivers are carefully screened and
have a thorough criminal background check.
Employees are bonded and insured. For many
people, remaining at home means remaining
independent. Our caring, conscientious staff
