We Set the Standard

A-MED Home Health has set the standard for excellence among home health care providers in the areas we are privileged to serve.

The company firmly adheres to all local, state, and federal requirements and patient admission standards.  We have an unwavering commitment to enhancing the independence of our patients and strive to become partners with them as they progress through their recovery.  We are equally committed to their families and loved ones and support them with appropriate and ongoing caregiver education.

Philosophy, Mission and Vision

A-MED Home Health Philosophy is founded on the principle that home health care is an essential component in the delivery of health care.  The agency is committed to providing the highest quality services to its clients.  It is A-MED's belief that by utilizing and collaborating its resources in the continuum of care, quality and excellence is achieved.

A-MED's mission is to provide excellent care and achieve positive outcomes for its clients through comprehensive, cost effective, and quality services.  Enhancing the health and well being of its clients promotes wellness.  Utilization of available resources, consumer surveys, staff involvement, state and federal regulations, recognition of community and industry needs, technology, educations, self evaluation, leadership, and financial stability will promote this mission.

In 2000, A-MED's Board of Directors developed a vision statement to confirm its belief in A-MED Home Health.  Home Care is an essential part of the health care delivery system: Improve the quality of care available to the community we serve.
